FuturaSink is a leading manufacturer of premium kitchen sinks and plumbing accessories, known for quality, innovation, and reliability. We are expanding our reach and looking for driven sales professionals to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retail partners in assigned territory
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals
- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and after-sales support
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and update CRM regularly
Key Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a background in marketing or business)
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in hardware, plumbing, or building materials)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude
- Willingness to travel locally within the assigned region
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
